IMPORTANT NOTE: All personnel 18 and over attending the BAFB Air and Space Expo will be required to keep a valid federal or state issued ID on their person at all times while at the event. 

Persons that do not have a U.S ID should have one of the following documents:

• Employment Authorization Documents (Form 1-766) 

• Permanent Resident Cards, also known as Green Cards (Form 1-551)

• Foreign passport bearing an unexpired immigrant or non-immigrant visa or entry stamp and arrival-departure records (Form I-94, Form I-94W, or Form I-95); or Form I-797 Notice of Action with “approval notice” (Not a Notice of Receipt I-797)

• DoD issued CAC with Blue Stripe

Please keep your ID readily available, you can be asked for it at any time while attending the event.

Entry to the Beale Air & Space Expo is free for standard admission, and is ONLY available with a complimentary parking pass (for Elevated Experiences click here). There won’t be any passes available day-of and you can only secure your passes through this website.  AVAILABLE PARKING IS LIMITED.

ALLOWED ITEMS: The following items are allowed at the Air and Space Expo.

• Folding chairs.

• Small bags, purses, or camera bags.

• Small bags or coolers for medical, toddler, infant care.

• Snacks for medical, toddler, infant needs / care.

• Clear beverages in clear ‘see-thru’ plastic containers.

• Small personal umbrellas.

• Strollers, wagons, wheelchairs and scooters (plug-in / recharging stations not available).

• Official service dogs.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: All vehicles will be subject to search. Take note of prohibited items while planning your day at The Air & Space Expo. Banned items will be confiscated and/or cause visitors to be turned away at the gate.

• Weapons of any kind including pocket knives, pocket tools, scissors, box cutters, billy clubs, large heavy chain link jewelry or belts, mace and pepper spray

• Firearms of any type

• Toys that resemble firearms, laser pointers

• Illegal Drugs

• Marijuana

• Alcoholic Beverages

• Back Packs (Diaper bags are subject to search)

• Bikes, skateboards, Rollerblades

• Walkie-Talkies, HAM radios, Scanners

• RC aircraft & drones

• Flammable items and Fireworks

• Pets (except for service animals)

• Spray paint and silly string

• Outside food, coolers, grills, or glass containers

• Glass bottles

• Liquid without factory seal intact (baby bottles are exempt)
